Creative container house — bar, terrace and two-storey units, finished at the factory.

This is the range for places where the building is part of the draw: waterfront bars, viewpoint kiosks, glamping units and pop-up showrooms. The unit photographed here is a two-storey build with an outdoor deck, a first-floor terrace and a serving counter facing the road, but there is no fixed size — irregular shapes and custom layouts are made to order. Exteriors can be aluminium veneer, metal carving panel, fluorocarbon-coated galvanised sheet or full-height panoramic glass, with EPS, rock wool or corrugated wall panels behind. It leaves the factory fully fitted out: circuit, water, bathroom and interior all complete, ready to connect on site without any civil works.

Pack, Ship & Unload

How your unit is packed, shipped and set up on site.

Step 01Container landing: smoothly land the container with a crane to avoid house damage.
Step 02Open container: remove protection padding and verify the goods are intact.
Step 03Dragging the house: attach the drag rope to the house ring and forklift, then drag it out carefully.
Step 04Adjust and lift: adjust the forklift, lift the house and attach the rope.
Step 05Lifting and moving: lift the house with slings and a crane, then pull it out with the forklift.
Step 06Placement and setup: place the house, install locks, and connect water and electricity.
