Detachable container house — welded top and bottom frames, stackable to three storeys.
The detachable house arrives semi-finished: the top and bottom frames are welded into rigid units, and only the columns, wall panels, doors, windows and wiring travel loose around them. Setting it down and bolting the corner columns is most of the build. The hot-dip galvanised square steel frame is designed for long-term sites and lets units sit side by side and stack up to three storeys, which is how a single plot becomes a multi-level office or dormitory block. Wall panels are 50 mm flame-retardant EPS. Sandwich packing puts one complete house in a single bundle, so a 40’ HQ takes eight units, against six if they ship loose.

Pack, Ship & Unload
How your unit is packed, shipped and set up on site.
- Step 01Container landing: smoothly land the container with a crane to avoid house damage.
- Step 02Open container: remove protection padding and verify the goods are intact.
- Step 03Dragging the house: attach the drag rope to the house ring and forklift, then drag it out carefully.
- Step 04Adjust and lift: adjust the forklift, lift the house and attach the rope.
- Step 05Lifting and moving: lift the house with slings and a crane, then pull it out with the forklift.
- Step 06Placement and setup: place the house, install locks, and connect water and electricity.
