Z-Fold Folding Container House
Z-fold container house — folds to 560 mm, 12 units per 40’ HQ, unfolded in minutes.
The Z-fold keeps its top and bottom frames intact and puts hinges only at the top and bottom of each wall panel, so no hinge crosses the middle of a wall. The result is fewer wall joints than a waist-fold design and therefore less chance of a leak or a draught. Two or three people unfold a unit in minutes: fold the side walls down, lock them and tighten the roof bolts — no panel assembly and no crane. Doors, windows and wiring are already on the front and rear walls. Folded, the unit is 560 mm thick, so a 40’ HQ carries twelve at 50–65 mm wall panels.

Pack, Ship & Unload
How your unit is packed, shipped and set up on site.
- Step 01Container landing: smoothly land the container with a crane to avoid house damage.
- Step 02Open container: remove protection padding and verify the goods are intact.
- Step 03Dragging the house: attach the drag rope to the house ring and forklift, then drag it out carefully.
- Step 04Adjust and lift: adjust the forklift, lift the house and attach the rope.
- Step 05Lifting and moving: lift the house with slings and a crane, then pull it out with the forklift.
- Step 06Placement and setup: place the house, install locks, and connect water and electricity.
