Space capsule cabin T9 — 11.5 m cabin with balcony, 38 m², delivered fully fitted out.
The T9 is the balcony version of our space capsule: an 11.5 m cabin on a 38 m² footprint with a finished weight of about 9 tonnes. The shell is a 3.0 mm double-layer hot-dip galvanised seismic steel skeleton clad in 2.0 mm fluorocarbon-coated aluminium, which stands up to salt air and coastal weather without fading. Walls and roof use high-density 50 mm flame-retardant XPS, and the glazing is 5+9+5 mm double-glazed Low-E tempered glass. Inside, the fit-out arrives complete — zinc-magnesium alloy entry door, 50 series thermal-break aluminium windows, smart lock, a UV-panel bathroom with smart toilet and intelligent mirror, and Midea air conditioning and water heating as standard. Maximum power draw is 7.5 kW.

Pack, Ship & Unload
How your unit is packed, shipped and set up on site.
- Step 01Container landing: smoothly land the container with a crane to avoid house damage.
- Step 02Open container: remove protection padding and verify the goods are intact.
- Step 03Dragging the house: attach the drag rope to the house ring and forklift, then drag it out carefully.
- Step 04Adjust and lift: adjust the forklift, lift the house and attach the rope.
- Step 05Lifting and moving: lift the house with slings and a crane, then pull it out with the forklift.
- Step 06Placement and setup: place the house, install locks, and connect water and electricity.
